Museum of Science
During my time as an Interactive Software Developer for the Museum of Science, I programmed software within Unity for interactive exhibit components. Meant to be educational and fun, I rapidly iterated on and tested these with our audiences to ensure the design and educational intent made it into play. Across all exhibits I've worked on, an estimated 2 million people have seen them - a number that will increase as some exhibits travel to other museums within the United States (and possibly beyond).

Component: "Would You Rather"
Innovation: Earth was an exhibit done in conjunction with the museum's "Earthshot" spotlight. Emphasizing hope against the climate crisis, I worked on an interactive mural called "Would You Rather", where visitors could change the landscape of the mural based on the climate-conscious decisions they made.

Component: "Scent Framing"
This clip showcases the Scent Framing activity in Perception Playground. Meant as a player survey, each component in this exhibit reveals something strange about what visitors are sensing or experiencing at the end of the activity.

Rear Lobby Component
This activity, installed in the rear lobby during the "Year of Revolutionary Science" spotlight, shows a map of historic advancements in science and technology throughout the greater Boston area. Using a custom shader in Unity3D, the points of interest "blob" out and display more information as you scroll across them.

Exploratory Tool for Guided Learning
This activity demo was created with the museum's proprietary FAST software development kit to explore what we could do for guided learning with an educator. Using Computer Vision infared tracking, visitors move a paddle around to uncover parts of the human body while an educator guides them.
